This is an appeal from the dismissal of an application for a writ of habeas corpus filed by the petitioner, Marvin Beasley. The petitioner was convicted of reckless manslaughter in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-55 (a) (3),1 as a lesser included offense of murder, General Statutes § 53a-54a.
