This appeal concerns the judgment dismissing a 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint as untimely under the applicable Puerto Rico statute of limitations. We write to clarify that, applying Puerto Rico law, the day plaintiffs' action accrued should not be counted as the first day of the limitations period and that the limitations period begins to run on the following day.
