JONES, Vice Chief Justice.

After an evidentiary hearing, the Commission on Judicial Conduct (Commission) recommended that this court suspend Lawrence H. Fleischman (respondent) from the performance of duties as judge of the Pima County Superior Court for a period of sixty days, without pay.
