This is an action brought by plaintiff WM. H. McGee & Co. ("McGee"), as subrogated insurer of Pennington Seed, Inc. ("Pennington Seed"), against defendants, United Arab Shipping Co. ("United Arab"), S.S. SAUDI ABBHA v. 88 ("SAUDI ABBHA"), her engines, boilers, etc., TCI Trucking ("TCI Trucking") and XYZ Corp. (collectively, the "Defendants").
