The defendant appeals from a judgment of strict foreclosure, rendered by the trial court, following the trial court's acceptance of an attorney trial referee report. On appeal, the defendant claims that the trial court improperly (1) failed to correct the attorney trial referee's findings of fact as requested by the defendant, (2) found that the defendant's predecessor in interest, David Rubinfeld, transferred the subject
