Vicki Keaton appeals the Pike County Court of Common Pleas' judgment ordering her to pay court reporter fees incurred by the Pike Community Hospital for her deposition. Keaton asserts that the trial court erred by taxing the expenses of her deposition as court costs without statutory authority to do so. We disagree because R.C. 2319.27 provides the basis for taxing deposition expenses as costs. Keaton also asserts that the costs charged are unreasonable...
