This is a worker's compensation case. The dispute is between Manpower Temporary Services (Manpower), the former employer of Alexander J. Buczko, and Freedom Plastics, Inc. (Freedom), Buczko's present employer.1 The issue is which employer is liable for worker's compensation benefits paid to Buczko as a result of his carpal tunnel syndrome.
