HANSEN, Circuit Judge.

A jury found Mike Smith guilty of possession of a firearm by a felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) (1994). Smith appeals his conviction, challenging the district court's1 response to a jury question and its denial of Smith's motions for a judgment of acquittal. We affirm.
