This is an appeal from the July 24, 1996, judgment of the district court awarding appellant Cincinnati Insurance Company ("CIC") attorney's fees in the amount of $53,429.21 and expenses of $1,417.00. CIC has appealed the amount of fees awarded by the district court and it requests an order directing an award of its attorney's fees incurred on this appeal. We will vacate the judgment of the district court and remand...
