Now at issue before the Court are the motions of defendants Boatmen's Bancshares ("Bancshares"), Boatmen's First National Bank of Oklahoma ("Boatmen's"), and T.B.A. of Oklahoma, Inc. ("T.B.A.") to dismiss the claims of plaintiffs Wilma L. Brannon and Charlene Thomas in accordance with Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6).
