Plaintiffs Lisa and Dan Walleri originally filed suit against defendant Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle (FHLBS) and eleven other defendants claiming constitutional violations, wrongful discharge, defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and violation of the whistleblower protections in 12 U.S.C. § 1831j arising from Ms. Walleri's discharge as examiner-in-charge from FHLBS....
