The facts are not in dispute. Defendant Travelers Insurance Company issued a commercial automobile insurance policy to King Coal Sales Inc. On June 13, 1995, plaintiff Rick Koptchak, an employee of King Coal, suffered injuries from a motor vehicle accident which occurred while Koptchak was driving a vehicle owned by King Coal.
