This matter was originally before me on defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment to dismiss plaintiff's claims of discriminatory discharge and retaliation under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e-2(a)(1) and 2000e-3(a). Defendant belatedly raises a jurisdictional question on whether plaintiff exhausted her remedies
