This diversity action arises out of the death of Belinda Ann Patterson. Ms. Patterson was found dead inside her Wichita, Kansas, apartment on January 7, 1993, apparently a victim of fire. She had suffered severe burns to the upper part of her body. Plaintiff alleges in this action that Rave Hair Spray, a product manufactured by the defendant, caused or contributed to Ms. Patterson's death...
