Plaintiff, Roger Bradshaw, brought this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and Kansas law. Plaintiff alleges he was terminated from his position with St. Catherine's Hospital and otherwise discriminated against because he is African-American.
