Before the court is Plaintiff's Motion for Attorneys' Fees and Costs, filed January 9, 1997. Plaintiffs request that the court order Defendant to pay Plaintiffs' attorneys' fees and costs in the amount of $249,480.68 for legal work conducted by Plaintiffs' counsel from July 1995 through July 1996.
