Defendants have moved to dismiss plaintiff's first amended complaint for failure to state a claim under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6), and with respect to certain defendants, for lack of personal jurisdiction under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2). In the alternative, defendants request a stay of these proceedings until related litigation in the Southern District of California...
