Appellant PPG Industries, Inc. ("PPG") filed two collection actions against two of its distributors. In the first action (the "Premium action"), PPG sued appellee Webster Auto Parts, Inc. ("Webster"), Premium Paint Company, Inc. ("Premium"), and Anthony and Patricia Puleo. In the second action (the "Webster action"), PPG sued Webster and the Puleos alone.
