This is an interlocutory appeal of the district court's order suppressing statements of the defendant, Jeffrey Pease, pursuant to C.A.R. 4.1. The district court suppressed Pease's statements from use at trial because the police deliberately failed to tell Pease that they had a warrant for his arrest.
