A. Tom Nelson petitioned us to review a final order entered by the Utah State Tax Commission (the Commission) on a property valuation by the Salt Lake County Board of Equalization (the Board). See Utah Code Ann. § 63-46b-14(3)(a). In response to an order of remand by the Commission to determine the value of Nelson's private dwelling and 1.61 acres of residential property, the Board presented an appraisal valuing the property at $322,800...
