Disposition of this workers' compensation controversy turns on an interpretation of NRS 618.50185(1).1 This statute provides that a claimant is not entitled to compensation if (1) the claimant suffers from a "preexisting condition" that is not connected to employment and (2) the worker's compensation claim under consideration is one which aggravates, precipitates or accelerates...
