Northwestern Agency, Inc., hereinafter "Northwestern," appeals from the judgment and jury verdict of the Eighth Judicial District Court, Cascade County. The Respondents, collectively referred to herein as the "Fillingers," filed a cross-appeal but have elected only to respond to the issues raised by Northwestern and do not pursue their cross-appeal.
