Before the Court is a motion attacking Petitioner's conviction and sentence, brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. Petitioner argues that trial counsel provided ineffective assistance by advising Petitioner that "cocaine base" was synonymous with "crack" under the sentencing guidelines.
