The People appeal the trial court order of deferred judgment and sentence entered following the entry of a guilty plea by the juvenile, R.W.V. We reverse and remand for resentencing.

The juvenile was originally charged with acts which would constitute sexual assault on a child if committed by an adult, and would be a class four felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement, the juvenile pled guilty to an added count of third degree sexual assault...
