HUNT, Justice.

Appellant Louanne Woodford (Louanne) appeals the decision of the Sixteenth Judicial District Court, Garfield County, holding that two disputed bank accounts were the property of Lou E. Hill's probate estate, and further holding that Lou E. Hill (Hill) had not intended to leave the disputed accounts to Louanne as his joint tenant with right of survivorship. We reverse and remand.
