Presently before the court are the plaintiff's motions for injunctive relief. Mr. West filed this action on January 27, 1997, alleging claims against approximately 54 defendants, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Mr. West filed an amendment to his complaint on March 19, 1997.
