Robert Ross was convicted of vehicular homicide as a result of a single car accident in which his friend, Adam Padilla, died.1 Ross, the only surviving witness to the accident, claims that he is unable to remember who was driving. He raises three issues on appeal. First, he claims that his statement to the responding paramedic that he was the driver of the automobile was privileged as a physician-patient communication....
