The claim of error in this case concerns the decision of the district court to vacate its earlier determination and judgment of paternity. Appellee, PAJ, was adjudged in uncontested paternity proceedings to be the natural father of the minor child, MJJ. Several months later, PAJ discovered information that led him to believe he was not the natural father of the minor child. Based upon that information, PAJ moved for relief from the judgment...
