We are called upon to resolve the question of when the statute of limitations begins to run in a suit for conversion or wrongful execution where the judgments upon which a valid execution sale was conducted are later reversed. The district court granted appellees' motion to dismiss, finding the statute of limitations started to run at the date of execution on appellants' property and that appellants' claims were thus time barred.
