The plaintiff, Dawn Mentch, filed a four-count complaint against her former employer, Eastern Savings Bank, FSB ("ESB"), and Rick Proctor and Anthony Proffitt, an Assistant Vice President and a Senior Vice President, respectively, at ESB during Mentch's tenure.
