Douglas Brotherton and Tahni Brotherton were married in 1981. They have two children. They separated in 1991, and Tahni filed a complaint for divorce in 1994. In April 1995, the superior court entered a decree of divorce that awarded Tahni and Douglas joint legal custody of the children, awarded Tahni primary physical custody of the children, divided the parties' assets, dealt...
