LANDAU, Judge.

Defendant was charged with unlawful possession and unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. As to the possession charge, defendant argues that the trial court erred in failing to give certain requested jury instructions. We hold that there was no error and affirm the conviction on that charge without further discussion.
