The matter is before this division on the defendant's, Laura Beauchaine, appeal from the Attleboro District Court's holding in favor of the plaintiff, American Casualty Company, in the amount of $586.54.

We find no error.

The defendant, Laura Beauchaine, was injured in an automobile accident on December 8, 1991, while driving in Providence, Rhode Island. Over an eighteen month period, the plaintiff, American Casualty Company, paid PIP benefits...
