946 P.2d 1207 (1997)

88 Wash.App. 827

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Gregory Prosser Canova, Assistant Attorney General, Seattle, for Office of the Attorney General.

Chris L. Matson, Seattle, Natalie Rosenbaum De Maar, Redmond, for Thiessen.
