Plaintiff Jay Olsen brings this action against defendant Ohio Edison Company ("Ohio Edison"). Olsen alleges that Ohio Edison violated the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, 29 U.S.C. Sec. 2611 et seq. ("FMLA"), when it suspended and terminated his employment.
