Appellant John Jaeger was convicted of grand larceny, given a seven year suspended prison sentence, and placed on probation for a period not to exceed five years. A probation revocation hearing was conducted after Jaeger allegedly tested positive for methamphetamine usage, and Jaeger's probation was revoked.
