GOLDEN, Justice.

Appellant Donald Eugene McDaniel was convicted on two counts of first degree sexual assault and received consecutive sentences of not less than fifteen years in the state prison. He contends that his conviction should be reversed and the case against him dismissed for violation of his statutory and constitutional right to a speedy trial.

We affirm the conviction and sentence.
