Plaintiffs filed this action in circuit court, alleging negligence, breach of warranty, and violations of the Oregon Unlawful Trade Practices Act, ORS 646.605 et seq. The trial court granted defendant's motion for summary judgment. Plaintiffs appeal, raising numerous assignments of error.
