Plaintiff Paul J. Hoffman ("Hoffman") filed the instant suit, alleging age discrimination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 623(a) & 631(a). Before the court are Defendant MCA, Inc.'s ("MCA") Motion to Strike and MCA's Motion for Summary Judgment.
