Appellee sustained a work-related knee injury in November 1993, for which she received temporary total disability payments through June 1995. The Wyoming Workers' Compensation Division denied further benefits on June 9, 1995, after receiving a letter from appellee's doctor which stated she had reached maximum medical improvement.
