("Goldhirsh") in United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Lawrence M. McKenna, Judge), on a counterclaim for tortious interference with business relations. Goldhirsh moved for judgment as a matter of law, arguing that the evidence was insufficient to support the jury's verdict...
