This is a negligence action brought by plaintiff Jesse Bang, a minor, against his father, defendant Alex Tran, for injuries sustained when the plaintiff was struck by an automobile. The trial court found the defendant liable for the negligent supervision of his son, and the defendant has appealed the court's rulings of law pursuant to Dist./Mun. Cts. R.A.D.A., Rule 8A.
