OPINION

WEISBERG, Judge.

John Hussain ("defendant") appeals his conviction and sentence for aggravated assault, a class 3 dangerous felony. We reverse because the trial court erred by denying defendant's request for a jury instruction on the justification defense of Ariz.Rev.Stat. Ann. ("A.R.S.") section 13-411.
