Between March 26, 1988, and June 22, 1988, Stephen Watlack executed two wills. The first will named his children as beneficiaries and the second will disinherited them in favor of the children of his favorite brother. The trial court set aside the second will as the product of an insane delusion and admitted the first will to probate. The personal representative and beneficiaries of the second will appeal.
