VRATIL, District Judge.

On March 24, 1997, plaintiff filed suit against her former employer, Abrasive Engineering, Inc. [Abrasive], and its president, Robert A. Krueger. Plaintiff seeks damages for quid pro quo sexual harassment, hostile environment sexual harassment, and sexual discrimination [Count I] and retaliation [Count II] in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq.,
