ORDER
This case came before the Supreme Court in a session in conference in accordance with Rule 12A(3)(b) of the Supreme Court Rules of Appellate Procedure for possible disposition without oral argument. The defendant appeals from the Superior Court's denial of his motion to reduce sentence pursuant to Super.R.Crim.P. 35.
