In this matter we consider the corporate opportunity doctrine. The defendants, Antonio L. Teixeira (Antonio) and Armenio Teixeira (Armenio), appeal to this Court from a final judgment of the Superior Court following a jury verdict finding the defendants to have wrongfully taken a corporate opportunity from the plaintiff, A.
