In this action, Karen Laughlin asserts that the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority ("MWAA") fired her in retaliation for what she says was "participation" in a coworker's Title VII claim. This retaliation, Laughlin contends, violated Title VII, constituted intentional infliction of emotional distress,1 and produced the wrongful termination of her employment under Virginia law...
