This is a G.L.c. 90, §34M action to recover $11.00 in Personal Injury Protection ("PIP") benefits allegedly owed by defendant Metropolitan Property and Casualty Insurance Company ("Metropolitan") to its insured, plaintiff Ying Nhem ("Nhem").
