This appeal arises out of a tragic accident in which Hilda Stelly died in a collision between a vehicle being driven by Patricia Dugas and a vehicle being driven by Barbara Bollich. Ms. Bollich admitted that she was solely at fault in causing the accident. The issues in this appeal are whether Ms. Bollich was in the course and scope of her employment with American Legion Hospital for purposes of vicarious liability and whether the damages awarded to...
